Full management

We handle all your contacts

STAGENCY takes on every enquiry and every client, the ones we bring you and the ones who come to you: first contact, offer, contract, rider, invoicing, reminders, replacement. You receive dates and a fee, nothing else to do.

Intermediation

Only the clients we bring you

We place you with organisers from our network and take care of these bookings from A to Z. Your own clients stay yours, you keep your freedom, no exclusivity.

  • We only take a commission on the dates we bring
  • Same standards: contract, day sheet, payment tracked
  • Ideal for widening your network without changing the way you work

How we start

  1. You apply with two clips

    Two videos or recordings are enough, no press kit needed.

  2. We meet and choose the model

    A coffee or a call: your goals, your current clients, full management or intermediation.

  3. Your page and your documents go online

    Profile in three languages, press kit, riders, Backstage access.

  4. The first dates come in

    Every option is proposed to you, you accept or decline in your area.

Frequently asked questions

What commission?

15 % of the fee by default, paid by the organiser on top of your fee. Special rates are possible per artist.

Do I have to sign an exclusivity?

Not in intermediation. Full management is by nature exclusive for bookings, we discuss it together.

Who invoices?

You invoice your fee to the organiser, or in one click through Backstage. STAGENCY invoices its commission separately.

Can I turn down a date?

Yes. Every option is proposed to you first, you accept or decline in your area.

What happens if I am ill?

We manage the replacement with the organiser and protect your relationship with them.
