Backstage is the free tool by STAGENCY for artists: calendar, repertoire, band, office and public page. You do not need to be on our roster, just create an account and get started right away.
Calendar
The dashboard shows your next gig, open invoices and current tasks. Your gigs, both agency bookings and your own, can be filtered by period and status.
Music
Every song keeps its key, tempo, duration, lyrics and chords. Setlists are built by drag and drop, with the total running time and a PDF for the stage.
Band
Save your band with each member's role and share of the fee. For every gig, one email invitation is enough: everyone answers with a click, and the payout list prepares itself.
Office
From quote to credit note, every document is numbered, sent by email with a view link, signed online and tracked until it is paid. Expenses and the yearly summary complete the picture.
Profile and documents
A profile in three languages with photos, audio samples and videos, indexed by search engines. Organisers find everything they need to host you on a single page.
A stage name, an email address, and you receive a link to set your password.
Address, VAT, bank details: everything that has to appear on your documents.
Each date with venue, fee and organiser. Your calendar and setlists fill up gig by gig.

No. The account is independent of our roster. If you would like to be represented by the agency, send a separate application.
Only if you are on the roster, and only for the gigs the agency brings you. Your own gigs, invoices and expenses stay private. An artist outside the roster shares nothing with the agency.
Yes. Calendar, repertoire, setlists, prompter, band, clients, expenses, summary, stage plot and public page are free with no time limit. Only issuing documents (quotes, contracts, invoices) requires the Pro plan or credits.
You pay through a Revolut link, then we activate the plan manually within 24 hours. No automatic debit.
Yes, at any time. The plan stays active until the paid date, then your account goes back to free. Your data stays in place.
Yes. Invoices and expenses export to CSV for your accountant, and everything else (setlists, lyrics, day sheet, declaration of works, stage plot, documents) prints or saves as PDF.
