Thierry Mersch

Thierry Mersch has been part of Luxembourg’s music scene for many years. With his warm voice and a musical identity rooted primarily in pop-rock, he has built a diverse artistic career centred around live performance, musical versatility and a genuine connection with his audience. A major milestone came in 2006 when he won the “No Limits – Searching the Voice” competition. A few years later, his musical journey took him all the way to Hollywood, where he represented Luxembourg at the World Championships of Performing Arts. Competing in an international field of several thousand participants, Thierry reached the finals and distinguished himself across several categories, returning home with one gold, three silver and one bronze medal. Throughout his career, Thierry has continued to develop his musical identity with three albums – “Easy Living”, “New Visions” and “Don’t Dream It, Do It!” – alongside numerous singles and collaborations. His repertoire moves primarily between pop and rock, complemented by soul influences and a strong emphasis on emotion and interpretation. Thierry’s artistic career extends beyond music. He has gained further stage experience through theatre and musical productions and also works as a model. His voice and on-camera presence have additionally been featured in a variety of media and advertising productions. This versatility makes Thierry Mersch an artist who feels equally at home on a concert stage, in front of a camera or behind a microphone. After many years in the business, one thing remains at the heart of his work: the joy of singing, conveying emotion and creating a genuine connection with his audience.
